Paul Bishop

Paul is originally from North Carolina. In June, Paul and Elizabeth will be celebrating 22 years of marriage. They have 2 daughters: Izabella (12) and Lilly (4). They left Winston-Salem, NC in 2013 and moved to Westboro, WI where they served at a Christian camp for 2.5 years before moving to Bemidji in 2015 to begin serving with Timber Bay.

Paul came to trust the Lord at a very young age and then after the loss of his father spent many bitter years in rebellion running from God's plan for his life. Through a series of pretty serious events and consequences God got Paul's attention in his early thirties and as he states "I came back into the fold". In the years since then Paul and Elizabeth have been following the Lord's leading as to where He wanted them to serve and that has led them to Bemidji.

In March, 2019, Paul took over as the Timber Bay Bemidji Area Director. Moving forward Paul is patiently and prayerfully seeking the Lord for His direction in growing and re-invigorating his ministry to the the lost and marginalized youth in our community.
